I started late with the grilling which was about 5:00. Turned the grill on (of course i used #Kingsford ) an placed my pork on the grill 20 minutes later. About 7:30 i cut it in half an wrapped both pieces in in foil. By 8:30 im guessin i took them off the grill an let them cool an made pulled pork sliders on Hawaiian rolls with baked beans an macaroni salad for sides. I only set the meat right over the charcoal for a little while before wrapping them, just to tease the neighbors with all the smoke lol. I forgot to take a picture of my plate because i was starving. Oops! An the hotlinks were just to keep the stomachs occupied.
